Ethiopia to introduce GPS tracking for motorcyclists

Street robbery and expensive housing are two of the most pressing issues for Ethiopia's capital. The Mayor of Addis Ababa Takele Uma Banti plans to solve them by tracking motorcycles with GPS systems and building a million new affordable homes.
