Thirty eight people confirmed dead after cyclone Kenneth hits northern Mozambique
The death toll from cyclone Kenneth has now reached thirty eight while tens of thousand have been displaced... We hear how rescue and aid efforts are being hampered by rain and poor conditions. Julio Sethy is a businessman in the provincial capital, Pemba. He's been part of the rescue efforts coordinated by the country's disaster management agencies.
