Hepatitis: A major health problem in Africa

The African Hepatitis Summit just ended in Kampala has described the disease as a global health problem, with an estimated 200,000 casualty every year, mostly from the continent.

Malawi has elected its first female speaker of parliament, following the emergence of Catherine Gotani Hara from the main opposition Malawi Congress Party MCP.
