
Uganda confirms further Ebola cases
Two more cases of Ebola reported after the virus claims the life of a five-year-old boy.
The Ministry of Health of Uganda and the World Health Organisation have confirmed two more cases of Ebola in the country. It follows the death of a 5-year-old boy who was admitted on Tuesday to Bwera hospital, near the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo. We speak to Health Minister Dr Jane Ruth Aceng. She's in the western district of Kasese, where the cases have been confirmed, and tells us the best measure to prevent further spread of the outbreak.
Concern grows for Sudan, as more violent attacks on civilians in the west region of Darfur by the hand of paramilitary forces 'Rapid Support Forces' are reported by Amnesty International and other human rights groups. We hear from Abdel Halim Osman, who is a Darfuri activist based in Philadelphia in the US.
