
About 100 people have been killed in Mali

Reports from Mali say at least 95 people have been killed in an attack in the central region in a village inhabited by members of the Dogon ethnic group.
Authorities in Sokoto state in north-western Nigeria say gunmen have killed at least 25 people in a series of attacks on several villages and four people have been arrested as suspects in connection with the incident.
And in Cameroon, a new campaign has been launched to change attitudes towards protecting wildlife from illegal bush-meat trade which has wiped out some of the rarest animal species found only in the country.
