Demonstrators have gathered in Liberia's capital Monrovia, for a protest against the government of President George Weah, accused of flouting the constitution and concentrating on acquiring wealth instead of focusing on the needs of the people.
The World Health Organisation has said that we are entering a world where illnesses like Ebola and yellow fever will be the norm, rather than the exception.
Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has met with Sudan's military leaders in an attempt to help mediate in the crisis and restart talks between the Transitional Military Council and the protesters.
