Namibia to decriminalise dumping of babies
Gender activists say difficulties in procuring legal abortion is the major cause
The Namibian government has decriminalised the act of abandoning a new-born babies, creating a "safe haven" for people to bring their unwanted babies without being prosecuted.
With over 84 million registered voters, 91 political parties, over 70 candidates on the ballot papers and 119,973 polling stations, the Nigerian electoral commission has their work cut out.
