The sanctions could be expanded to include other categories if the issue is unresolved

The United States imposes visa restrictions on Ghana after a row over the deportation of Ghanaians staying illegally in the US.
The International Criminal Court orders the conditional release of former Ivorian president Laurent Gbagbo, provided he does not return home for now while an appeal against his acquittal is heard.
There have been a number of serious incidents as well as fatalities as a result of drag-racing in Cape Town.
