Nigeria's ACPN launches new candidate

Obiageli, fondly known as Oby Ezekwesili, launched the manifesto which she hopes will catapault her to the Presidency of Nigeria. She's the candidate for the Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN) and on Monday took to the streets of Abuja to speak to the electorate.
