DRC elections postponed
Elections in the Democratic Republic of Congo have been postponed by a week
The electoral commission in the Democratic republic of Congo says they are unable to organise elections on Sunday and have announced a 7 day delay. Ethiopia's parliament has voted to approve the setting up of a controversial commission which aims to resolve regional border disputes which that have prompted recent deadly clashes, forcing hundreds of thousands to flee their homes.
