South African community wins fight against mining giant

A landmark case in South Africa determines that a poor rural community can say no to mining on their land. Zimbabwe's government sets aside $53m to compensate former white farm owners removed from their land under a controversial and often violent programme instituted under former President Robert Mugabe.
