Three students held over Uganda school fire

Nine students were killed in a dormitory whose doors had been padlocked.

Three students are in custody in southern Uganda on suspicion of starting a school dormitory fire that killed at least nine children and injured 40. The Women Lawyers' Association of Malawi asks President Mutharika to increase the number of women in the cabinet.
