Three students held over Uganda school fire

Nine students were killed in a dormitory whose doors had been padlocked, trapping dozens inside.

Three students are in custody in southern Uganda on suspicion of starting a school dormitory fire that killed at least nine children and injured 40. The UN highlights the plight of millions of so-called stateless people, with no nationality and no citizens rights.
