Cameroon kidnap: Bamenda students freed

The 78 students kidnapped from a boarding school have been freed, officials say. A driver was also released, but the school's principal and a teacher are still being held.

The 78 students kidnapped from a boarding school in Cameroon's North-West region have been freed, officials say. A driver was also released, but the school's principal and a teacher are still being held. Ten men have been arrested on suspicion of being gay on the Tanzanian island of Zanzibar. Also, people in Madagascar are voting in an election that sees the incumbent president battling against two of his predecessors.
