GPS Devices to Help Catch Fish in Tanzania

At least forty thousand people living along the coastline of Tanzania rely on fishing for their income. It's hoped the GPS devices will encourage fishermen to venture into deeper waters where fish stocks are believed to be greater.

Renewed fighting between the Hema and Lendu communities in Ituri province in the Democratic Republic of Congo is creating an almost untenable situation for authorities in neighbouring Uganda. Plus, The Gambia's President Adama Barrow has been urging the country's armed forces to give him their loyalty.
