The South African vice president beat Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma by fewer than 200 votes

Cyril Ramaphosa has been elected the new leader of South Africa's governing ANC party. In a closely contested race he beat rival Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma by fewer than 200 votes.

Plus Uganda's parliament in chaos again over the presidential age limit.
