Zanu-PF Party Fire Robert Mugabe As Its Leader
After 37 years in power, the ruling Zanu-PF party has fired Robert Mugabe as its leader
Zimbabwe’s first president, and the world's oldest head of state, was sacked by the ruling Zanu-PF party. He is being replaced by Emmerson Mnangagwa, whose dismissal as vice-president last week sparked the current crisis.
