Somaliland Votes In Presidential Election

Observers say Somaliland's presidential election ran smoothly

Just over 700,000 voters in the self-declared republic of Somaliland were eligible to take part in the election.

Plus Rwandan President Paul Kagame has called on African leaders to co-operate with each other to address the continent's security problems.

And a South African court has ordered a former deputy government minister to pay a fine or face jail for assault.
