Kenya's opposition calls for electoral changes before October's repeat presidential poll.

Kenyan opposition leader Raila Odinga has announced a mass campaign to force changes in the electoral commission ahead of the repeat presidential poll in October. The supreme court annulled the outcome of the August presidential election.
