The Masters Wait

The second half of this week's Socially Distant Sports Bar with Mike Bubbins, Elis James and Steff Garrero sees Mike choosing the "Documentary of the Week". It's "Rory McIlroy : The Masters Wait" which traces McIlroy's journey from watching Tiger Woods win in 1997 to stepping onto Augusta National as a 21-year-old and making the final round. It explores the mental burden, heartbreaks, missed opportunities and the ticking clock as McIlroy reaches his 17th attempt at claiming a green jacket while managing the heavy burden of global expectations.
