Mike Leigh reflects on his career to Talking Movies as New York Film Festival Begins

The 64th New York Film Festival is underway in Manhattan. It's started with the premiere of James Gray's 'Paper Tiger', an American mob thriller starring Scarlett Johansson and Adam Driver.

Drama comedy 'Artificial' starring Andrew Garfield, about the firing and rehiring of Open AI CEO Sam Altman in 2023, is also a big attraction at the event.

And festival goers will get to see veteran British director Mike Leigh's latest feature 'Tender Loving Care,' which he claims will be his last movie.

The 83 year old filmmaker told Tom Brook that "he couldn't believe he had got away with it" after a lifetime spent making independent films.
