'We turn bin-bound blueberries into gin'

Herefordshire's Penrhos Spirits have saved over a million fruit from waste, turning them in to gin. The distillers say that blueberries also make the perfect drinks garnish.

The firm's co-founder, Harriet Evans, tells Elliott Webb how they've found nearly half of adults admitting to discarding at least some of the superfood at every purchase.
