Burnham: NHS 'will collapse' without social care reform

Prime Minister Andy Burnham, has told the BBC that the NHS will collapse if the system of social care in England is not improved. In his first major interview in the job, he said he’d do everything he could to solve the problem, but stopped short of setting a timeline on the introduction of a new service.
