'Women should never be made to feel vulnerable'
Plain-clothed female officers in Kidderminster received significant 'unwanted attention', ranging from cat-calling and being honked at, to harassment and assault.
West Mercia's 'Jog On' initiative comes after a change in the law that makes sex-based harassment an aggravating offence. Officers joined runners on Franche Road, Kidderminster, calling dedicated nearby support crews to deal with perpetrators as appropriate.
