Monk hails Herefordshire as spiritual haven
Venerable Uduwe Dhammaloka says the county's spirit 'can change lives', after opening the only other Ayurvedic medicine centre in the world, at King's Caple, between Hereford & Ross.
Ishara De Silva has known the senior Buddhist monk from Sri Lanka all her life. She set up the Plantation Villa, practicing the 5,000-year-old traditional holistic healing system, where profits go back in to the local community.
At the centre, whilst the monk is around, there are free talks every night, daily yoga sessions and sound healing.
