Pepper hits 71 as Essex progress to quarter-finals

Essex beat Surrey by 8 wickets in T20 Blast at The Oval to progress to the quarter-finals of the competition.

Having bowled the hosts out for 123, Michael Pepper hit 71* at the top of the order to set up a clash at Hampshire on Wednesday.
