Cambridge’s newest railway station opens
The first passengers have begun using the new Cambridge South station.
The first passengers have begun using the new Cambridge South station.
The station, located on the city’s Biomedical Campus, is expected to serve 1.8 million passengers annually.
It is hoped it will improve connections to the Addenbrooke’s and Royal Papworth hospitals, as well as other businesses and education sites in the area.
