‘I paint posthumous paintings of loved ones’

Bromyard artist Judy Young paints anyone who has passed, from stillborn babies to people in their 80s or 90s. Her artwork can be found all over the world.

She says she's inspired by recreating their character and essence on canvas, following a discussion with their loved ones.

Based in the Herefordshire town, Judy has seen customers get in touch from places as far as Australia and New Zealand.
