Port Sunlight’s Lost Buns
A nearly 100-year-old recipe for the Port Sunlight Bun has been brought back to life by a village bakery after being rediscovered in the Museum archive. The historic bake has been recreated by a nearby café and is proving hugely popular with customers, selling out quickly and proving that some old favourites really do still have a place on today’s menu.
