8-year-old 'hero' calms down disruptive passenger

Phoenix, 8, and his father James prevented their plane from being diverted by calming down a disruptive passenger. James said the woman was "almost trying to smack the stewardesses" when he and his son Phoenix were returning from the Turkish city of Izmir to Manchester on Friday.
