The 'pioneering' surgery that saved a Clifton baby
When Vanellope Hope was born in 2017, she had an extremely rare birth defect which meant her heart was outside her chest.
Surgeons were able to put it in the right place, but as she had no breastbone, she had to wear a protective vest at all times. A year ago, she had a pioneering operation to build a protective cage around her heart.
Dino hears from Vanellope's mum and surgeons.
