Rise in fuel costs impacting Blood Bikes
A volunteer at Warwickshire and Solihull Blood bikes says raising the funds they need is an 'ongoing struggle'.
They provide a vital out of hours medical courier service to the NHS and it costs about £80,000 a year to keep going.
Matt Menashe is one of the volunteers and told BBC CWR's Lorna Bailey how the rise in fuel costs is having an impact.
