In the closing movement Paul steps back from the chaos to consider the people at the centre of it. Gratitude sits beside envy, affection beside realism. What emerges is a mature reckoning: careers change, hierarchies form, but respect — honestly given — can still endure. It is a generous, funny and unexpectedly heartfelt landing.
