Screentime for under 5s: will you stick to the limit?

The government has released screentime advice for under 5s for the first time.
It says there should be no screen time for under 2s unless you're with them interacting, no more than an hour for all under 5s, and never at mealtimes or before bed.
The guidance also suggests "screen swaps" - taking screens away to read stories together or playing simple games.
The education secretary Bridget Phillipson said. "This is still quite an unknown area in lots of respects and we've taken a precautionary approach".
