The Joy Of Cabbage
In case you didn't know, the influential fashion and lifestyle magazine Vogue, has declared 2026 as being "the year of the cabbage." And the London based Ukrainian food writer Alissa Timoshkina's latest cookbook "Kapusta: Vegetable-Forward Recipes from Eastern Europe," has this week won one of the prestigious 2025 André Simon Food & Drink Book Awards. She joined Julian Worricker in the studio with some examples of fine, cabbage-based dining.
