The rogue locksmiths charging thousands

A BBC East Investigation has found rogue locksmiths operating in Essex are charging thousands in hidden costs to unsuspecting customers. Some companies are using 'bait and swich' tactics to take advantage of customers, reeling them in with what sounds like an affordable quote, but once the unnecessary work has started, costs can escalate to the thousands.
