Scam Technology

The UK has the highest rate of phone fraud in Europe and it's leaving many scared to use their landline. Presenter Riyadh Khalaf, with help from The Open University, finds out more about the new technology helping call time on criminals, including one gadget that claims to block 95% of scam phone calls.
