Coalville to get 'Pride' event in 2025
Coalville is to get its own 'Pride' in 2025.
The event will be the first LGBT+ celebration in the historic mining town. It's being founded by LGBT+ residents in the area who wanted to organise something that the community can be proud of.
The announcement's been met with praise by people in Coalville, as reporter Trent Hutson has been finding out, and lead organiser of Coalville Pride Kieran Lee-Ridgway tells Ady Dayman why he wanted to bring a Pride event to Coalville.
