Alfie Watts: How I dealt with my grief
Race Across The World winner Alfie Watts, from St Albans, lost his mother to breast cancer when he was five years-old.
Since winning the TV show, he has become an ambassador for the charity Winston’s Wish, which supports young people with loss.
He tells Danny Fullbrook there is no single approach to dealing with grief.
