Taekwondo black belt battles bike thieves

A woman has been telling how her martial art skills stopped her motorbike from being stolen in Luton.

Xristina, a black belt in taekwondo, wrestled one of three robbers to the ground, who were attempting to take her Yamaha from Hatters Way retail park.

She eventually let him go after 10 minutes.

Bedfordshire Police said it had carried out several lines of inquiry and an investigation was ongoing.
