Car crash war memorial restored in Beds village
It had stood in the middle of Maulden for more than one hundred years when it was damaged. The Clerk for Maulden Parish Council, Tracey Bearton, explains how stonemasons from Bedford were able reconstruct the memorial and make it more resilient this time.
