St Albans duo win Race Across The World
Best friends Alfie Watts and Owen Wood have been revealed as the winners of series four of the BBC’s Race Across The World.
They finished eight minutes ahead of their nearest rivals after the 50-day, 15,000km race across eastern Asia – to claim the £20,000 prize.
Alfie and Owen say being without a map for a lot of the journey wasn’t a hindrance.
