Streetlights put residents in the dark
Councils across Coventry and Warwickshire have already started to make cuts and savings.
Cuts are never popular but they have a duty to balance their books somehow.
Well one particular cost-saving decision made by Coventry City Council has caused quite a stir.
In February it voted to switch off streetlights in some areas of the city from midnight to 5:30am.
BBC CWR's Ushma Mistry has been speaking to to some residents in Tile Hill who are already experiencing lights out
