The future is ‘bright’ for fostered teenager
A teenager says he says his future as 'bright' after being fostered by a couple in Norfolk. It comes at a time when there's a real need for more foster carers - the County Council says 5 children go into care every week. Michael's 15 and doing his GCSEs... he hopes to study at art college.
