Audio postcards from Antarctica

Bridie Martin-West, 33, is originally from Gweek and works as a midwife in London. She's in the middle of the adventure of a lifetime as the "base leader" at Port Lockroy, Antarctica, set up via the charity UK Antarctic Heritage Trust (UKAHT). She's sent some 'audio postcards' from the bottom of the world.
