Herefordshire AI software helping stroke patients
A new piece of Artificial Intelligence software is being used to help people who've had a stroke in Herefordshire.
Analysing brain scan images, the A-I will help doctors more quickly decide whether a stroke patient needs an operation or drugs to remove a blood clot.
The Wye Valley NHS Trust is the first in the West Midlands to roll out the software.
