Fined for being desperate for a wee on the A41

70-year-old Michael, who has a weak prostate, pulled into a lay-by in Hertfordshire. He came to consumer champion, Jonathan Vernon-Smith, for help in challenging the fixed penalty notice. Update: Michael has now been told that his fixed penalty notice has been cancelled.
