‘LGBTea’ - Kat's story
Kat Lorenc is a transgender woman working as a crane operator in a male dominated industry, construction.
Kat says she had no choice but to leave the job she loved in order to start her transition and to live her truth. After 6 months of being out of the industry, she contacted her old boss and returned. Listen to Kat's story and hear how her colleagues surprised her.
