George Floyd, three years on: What has changed?

On May 25 2020 George Floyd was murdered by a policeman in Minneapolis. His death triggered global protests and the birth of the Black Lives Matter movement. It also led to demands for radical changes in policing, but have those changes happened? The BBC's Esau Williams has been speaking to Dr Michael Williams Waters, Senior Pastor at Abundant Life A.M.E. Church, professor, author, and civil rights leader in Dallas, Texas.
