NI bail system 'out of step with other jurisdictions'
The Criminal Justice Inspectorate has called for reform of the bail system in Northern Ireland, which has one of the highest rates in Europe for remanding people in to custody. The CJI's Chief Inspector JACQUI DURKAN spoke to Sarah Brett about her findings.
